Again I have rather arbitrarily broken down the retention process into a separate section. By ‘reclamation’ I mean the activity of getting ex-students back on to a course after they have finally withdrawn-hopefully on to the next presentation of the same course perhaps in a following year or later or on to a different course if that’s appropriate.
