ABSTRACT
The general outlines of the various strategies of theory developmentwere discussed in Chapter 6. But strategies have to be implemented. This is the level that we will look at in the following paragraphs, the level of tactics. This will be followed by a discussionof the status of the probability judgments that are frequently encountered in the debate. The chapter concludes with a summary of the relations between PIM and AIM.
