ABSTRACT
In recent years more people have been coming into teaching late, leaving early, taking career breaks and looking for post-retirement work in education. While the major part of the book-dealing with job search, application writing and interviews-is relevant to all teachers, it is worth including additional points for those who do not necessarily see teaching as a 30-to 40-year career.
