The Kemp±Wan theorem in a context of public goods

In existing formulations of the Kemp±Wan proposition, all goods are private; goods that are public, that is, non-excludable and non-rivalrous, are excluded. In the present note it is shown that public goods can be accommodated in a generalized version of the proposition.
