ABSTRACT

VAKOG is an acronym for the five senses and ways in which we understand and express ourselves and others – VISUAL, AUDITORY (hearing), KINAESTHETIC/KINESTHETIC (touch, movement, feelings, internal sensations), Olfactory (smell) and Gustatory (taste). An acronym of the first three (‘VAK’) is commonly used to describe three learning style preferences – Visual, Auditory and Kinaesthetic.
