ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the role of evaluation processes in educational research in general and in action research in particular. Evaluation processes are seen as embedded in the action research model and must include formative, summative and follow-up investigation of the impact of participating in the programme undertaken. This chapter will discuss methods and examples of such evaluation processes.
