ABSTRACT
This book began from two observations. One is commonplace or nearly so: there are many parties whose coalition strategies are easily disturbed by internal conflicts, forcing them to modify their coalition strategies. The second observation is somewhat more stimulating: there are many parties that maintain their coalition strategies under conditions of intense internal conflicts.
