ABSTRACT
Although we have dealt in our first chapter with the Hebraic theories of imagination, it is important to note that certain Jewish thinkers of the medieval period succeeded in combining the biblical and rabbinic teachings on imagination with the Greek philosophies. Moses Maimonides of the twelfth century is a good case in point.
