ABSTRACT

In Chapter 2, we devoted some time exploring some essential components of a Women’s and Gender Studies curriculum, and asked you to assess where you are in your academic career and where you want to go. In Chapter 3, we discussed the many ways in which you can communicate with others about your experiences in Women’s and Gender Studies, and provided you with techniques to enhance your own understandings of concepts you have learned in your undergraduate program. Now we want to explore how you translate all of the great training you have had into skills and strengths for the postgraduate and working worlds.
