ABSTRACT

After the successful year with the Bear I was eager to try again, but obviously with a different character as the Bear was still very much in existence in his new class. I was deeply aware that the whole experience had been successful because it was so very different. Most new incentives that are tried with wholehearted commitment are successful. The true test comes in successive attempts when there is a danger that the project will lose the zesty tang of freshness and the experience will sink into a routine.
