ABSTRACT
Since the Project would be administered by the Royal College of Nursing, it was deemed appropriate that the Chair of the Steering Committee should be taken by the Director of Education.
A Project Committee took the place of the original Working Group at the Department of Health. Its terms of reference are:
To keep the progress of the Project under regular review, receiving annual progress reports and reviewing the programme for the following year; to advise as necessary on the development of the Project.
