ABSTRACT
Valuation practice may have changed little in recent years but there have been may articles, proposals and discussions as to the way in which the conventional approach should be applied or the newer approaches substituted. Meanwhile, much has changed in the world of property investment. The size of transaction may be much larger, the investment field is now world wide and the effect of inflation or growth is now a decisive factor.
