ABSTRACT
Over the years numerous criteria have been used to evaluate the success or otherwise of play projects. Some are understandably keen on the ‘bums on seats’ school of measurement, whilst others rely more on esoteric criteria, like ‘It feels right’, or ‘The children had a good time’.
