ABSTRACT
Acute effects of cannabinoids in both the central nervous and the peripheral organic systems depend on the dose as well as on the individual disposition of the consumer. Furthermore, the response varies with different pharmacokinetics such as the mode of administration (pulmonary or oral) and substance characteristics (D.9-THC. or a natural derivative in combination with other natural cannabinoids).
