ABSTRACT
The range of groups who have an interest in your school is remarkable. The list of people who have regular contact soon grows, and it is the responsibility of the school to develop effective relationships which combine to enhance the quality of teaching and learning. These ‘insiders’ include: parents, governors, purchased service employees and so on. Parents and governors require open communication and enjoy being welcomed into the school.
