ABSTRACT

We have seen in § 26 that in dealing with the supply of products and with the demand for labor and raw materials, much more objective decisions are concerned than with demand and supply functions, which only have a psychic basis. After having discussed a few technical relations regarding production, therefore, we now turn to the aforementioned reaction relations of enterprises. If short-term reactions are concerned, it is, strictly speaking, not necessary to distinguish between supply of products and demand for production factors, as these represent one and the same decision and come into being uno actu.
