It is assumed that the building is exactly the same as in Projects 20/21, although if the building is listed an application for Listed Building Consent may be necessary. The local authority will be able to provide further information. The district surveyor’s office or the Building Regulations department of the local council will need to be informed of any major works such as these and an application for approval under the various Acts will be necessary.
