ABSTRACT
This petition of Arthur Bellot is in Lansdowne MSS. 107, item 25, f. 44. It has not been printed previously, and it has not been used by earlier historians. It implies an earlier petition, since Bellot writes: “I do againe (as of right) appeale unto your Honor.”
