To the Right Honorable the Lords and Others of Her Majestie's Most Honorable Privie Counsell

This supplication is in Lansdowne MSS. 109, no. 12, f. 34. It was written in January, 1592/1593, and delivered, without success, to the Privy Councillors at the Court of Star Chamber in February. From Penry’s cryptic and succinct entries in his diary we may glean the information that the petition was delivered to a custodian or clerk of the Star Chamber but not presented to the Privy Councillors or judges.
