Is it true that “the one who dies with the most toys wins”? Does financial success equal being able to buy whatever you want whenever you want? Most therapists have worked with enough miserably unhappy wealthy people to know that the following adage is correct: “Money does not buy happiness.” True financial well-being ultimately depends on being able to answer “yes” (at least most of the time!) to two questions:

Are you making conscious choices? Is your life in balance?
