ABSTRACT
The arguments of the previous chapters have provided reasons for accepting the Critical Realist version of the causal theory of perception. According to this general account, the analysis of the ordinary concept of perceiving involves, as an essential feature, a causal relation linking the object perceived with the subject’s inner experience.
