ABSTRACT
Members of this team contribute to provision of an Outpatients Referral system in a rural area. The only full-time member of this team is the manager of the service, who coordinates referrals. There are a number of other people who might be considered part of the team. Here we include perspectives brought by a service user repre-sentative and a general practitioner.
