ABSTRACT

The central principle of the constitution, or order, of liberty is the right to individual freedom itself (11.1). In addition, there is the established principle of equality, according to which all members of a society are entitled to the right to freedom to an equal extent (11.2). Finally, according to the principle of democracy, it is the population as a whole and not just some autocratic minority or a dictator who decide on matters of their society (11.3).
