ABSTRACT
Technology has increased so dramatically since the first edition of this book in 2006 that an entire chapter has been added to address these issues. In reviewing these cases, I would also recommend that readers consider other chapters, particularly Chapter 6, which addresses free speech issues and includes a fairly recent court decision relative to schools attempting to regulate Internet web sites.
