ABSTRACT
In Basic Russian, Unit 25 we looked at the use of ходить and ездить in the past tense to state in a general way where someone has recently been or gone:
Что ты делала вчера?
‘What did you do yesterday?’
Я ходила в театр.
‘I went to the theatre.’
Куда вы ездили летом?
‘Where did you go this summer?’
Мы ездили во Францию.
‘We went to France.’
