ABSTRACT
Contract law is a very logical subject which is based upon the principle of freedom of contract. This principle provides that parties to a contract are generally free to contract with whomever they wish and about whatever they want. The law and the courts aim not to interfere with this freedom unless it is absolutely necessary to do so.
