The previous two chapters have described some of the ways in which your views of teaching may have changed and identified strengths and areas to develop in your teaching. This chapter continues by looking in greater depth at the strategies open to you to develop your teaching. It will help you:
• identify strategies for developing your teaching; • consider the value of targets and target setting; • use your career entry and development profile.
