The Learning How to Learn project The Learning How to Learn (LHTL) project was built on the assumption that, in the 21st century, individuals and communities will constantly need to learn new things, apply their knowledge in new contexts, create new knowledge, and exercise wise judgement about what is important and what is not. Learning content will always be important, but learning how to learn will be equally vital.
