ABSTRACT

This chapter considers ontological coaching praxes in organizations. Ontology here means being-in-the-world, in space, in time, in materiality in authentic, even quantum, ways. Initially, I introduce an unstoryability that is part of the storyable. Subsequently I have some suggestions for ontological coaching praxis: that it actually read the ontological philosophy rather than substituting an episteme of language games. There are three paths, the praxes of which we will look at below.
