ABSTRACT
Wm Horneblow for and in Consideration of the Sum of Ten Pounds Ten Shillings to be paid (by) the said Over Seers of the Poor Covenants and Agrees to attend upon and to Administer Assistance Medicines &c to all such Poor People within the said Parish of Brailes as are Chargeable to the said Parishioners.
