ABSTRACT
Fibre concrete roofing (fcr) is the widely accepted terminology for a roofing material produced from a Portland cement, sand and water matrix, with the addition of a small quantity of natural fibre, such as sisal. These fibres do not act primarily as reinforcement, but are added mainly to increase the moulding ability of the concrete.
