ABSTRACT
Condominiums present a host of problems – some engineers will not even take them on as a client because of sad prior experiences. Condominium associations have their own problems with rotating members on the board of owners; many of these owners have little or no experience in construction or property management. They tend to rely on the property manager they hire, who sometimes knows less than the owners.
