152The classical case of anorexia nervosa is not difficult to diagnose. However, eliciting all the symptoms may be a challenge as the sufferer may be unforthcoming. They may have been brought to the clinic reluctantly. They may say they have no worries about their weight loss and that their parents or partner are making a fuss about nothing.
