Managing the behaviour of students as they leave your classroom

You might need to find them at break time, lunchtime, during registration etc. but you need to have a quick chat with the student about their behaviour at the end of your lesson before they return. You need to be firm about your expectations but you also need to be confident that you are able to implement these expectations with the class and this student.
