ABSTRACT
In this chapter a conceptual forecast of the legal and regulatory mapping of public-private partnerships will be attempted. In ascertaining current and future regulatory trends in public-private partnerships, the role and remit of function of both public and private sectors will be clearer and allow for lawmaking and policy making to effectively establish a blueprint for shaping the public-private interface in the delivery of public services.
