ABSTRACT
This study of student and experienced teachers, originally Chapter 2 of my 1984 book Classroom Teaching Skills, was another Teacher Education Project perspective on how experienced and student teachers handle their classes in secondary schools. It makes an interesting comparison with the previous chapter on primary teachers’ class management strategies and experiences.
