ABSTRACT

Automatic tape gun tape is a clear, double-sided sticky tape. Some tape will remain on the gel, but most of the tape will remain on the surface to which the gel was applied. We sometimes use baby powder on a dolly track (steel and plywood) to prevent the wheels from squeaking when they're rolling along the track. Black wrap is nothing more than aluminum foil with a heat-resistant, dull (matte finish) black coating on both sides. It has many uses. Bobbinet is the mesh, veil-like material that the film industry uses to make scrims. Drywall screws are very sharp-pointed screws in different lengths that are used with battery-powered screw guns. Dulling spray, as its name implies, will dull a surface such as chrome or a mirror, giving the surface a fogged look. It is often used to prevent reflections, such as a stage light bouncing off an object, or to mark or hide a camera's own reflection during filming.
