ABSTRACT

A standard screwdriver, also known as a common or blade type, usually has a shank (shaft) ranging from 3 in. to about 12 in. long. Longer and shorter ones are available as well. The Reed and Prince screwdriver tool looks very much like a Phillips screwdriver except that the Reed and Prince tip has a sharp point. Lineman pliers are great for heavy-duty cutting or bending or to grip an object. They are equipped with serrated jaws (teeth) as well as a cutting device for cutting light or thin metals or wire. Torpedo levels are great levels. They are made from plastic or metal and fit easily into grips' tool belt. They are approximately 9 in. long. When using a drill bit, always mark the material with a small dent or dimple. This will ensure that the drill bit does not walk (move) off the area to be drilled.
