ABSTRACT
It has been suggested in a previous chapter that lessons should be prepared as to outline and be extempore as to detail and treatment; a word as to preparation therefore may not be out of place. On the principle that the greater includes the less we deal with preparation as for a lecture—the same routine holding good for the lesson.
