ABSTRACT

For the purposes of this chapter nuisances can therefore be divided into two groups: nuisances that affect the enjoyment of property, such as noise, dust or vibration, and nuisances that cause material injury or physical interference, such as physical damage caused by vibration, subsidence damage, obstructions to and from the public highway, or along the public highway, and obstructions of rights appurtenant to property such as easements (for example rights of way and rights of light).
