ABSTRACT

This chapter brings us to strategy and planning. The focus is on what needs to be done to develop a direction that will enable the transformation to take place to achieve your vision. As we have seen in previous chapters, the transformation is unlikely to be something that can be achieved with a single straight pathway. Changing the ways we do things involves revisiting our values and those of our organisation. We need to consider how to progress in a way that will align the various elements to create the new conditions.
