ABSTRACT
The methods that we have available to measure in-vivo tissue loads are direct measurement or indirect estimation using some form of modelling. Direct measurement is difficult, has obvious serious ethical considerations, and may modify the actual performance of the task. So modelling appears a logical choice, but there are many problems with this pathway.
