ABSTRACT
In Part One, the general description of the cortical system included reference to the limbic brain. Since the brain is compounded essentially of systems and since they may well display different needs, it is important to consider how specifically limbic needs relate to the urban design agenda. Built environment should, to a degree, cradle the mind as well as stimulate it.
