ABSTRACT
A new primary school review is under way at the time of writing which is due for publication in 2008. Mick Waters from the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA), commenting on the plan in 2006, stressed that curriculum is about more than subjects and and that its purpose is for all children and young people to become successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens. He points out that everything we do in school contributes to this end.
