Directions and Timetable

In order to ensure that the arbitration runs smoothly a procedural order, provisional timetable (ICC), ¹ or similar method of communicating the directions of the tribunal as to the future progress of the arbitration is an early requirement. This chapter considers the directions which need to be considered by a tribunal and the parties and the way this is done.
