ABSTRACT
COLLABORATION The collaboration models described in Chapters 3, 4, 5, 6,
and 7 may appear complex and labor intensive. However, great savings can occur through the use of a collaborative model i f duplication of services are reduced, i f communication between various services is enhanced and, above all, i f all participants involved in the case sense the power and value of their contribution.
