ABSTRACT
Chapter Three begins with an overview of the actual incident followed by the critical concerns of the Court based on divergent views and arguments about society’s interests. The Court then went into a very detailed analysis of the legal questions addressed pertaining to the nature of a seizure and its reasonableness.
