ABSTRACT
This Act was placed on the Statute Book in 1930 during the lifetime of the second Socialist Government (1929–1931). It provides for “regulating and facilitating the production, supply, and sale of coal”, and for the “constitution and functions of a Coal Mines National Industrial Board”.
