ABSTRACT
This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book gives an account of the turn of events through which the author came back to the question of 'sovereignty' in the conclusion of his PhD. The book starts its conclusion with reflecting on narrative writing and what it meant for him as he came to experience it first-hand throughout the writing experiment that became his PhD thesis. The author concluded his analysis with a few tentative remarks about 'sovereignty' and a hesitant gesture that sought to locate and address it in the practice of writing. While the tone and style of the author’s narrative attempts have gone through some important changes, he still hasn't found a more appropriate way to illustrate what he had in mind, perhaps as the friendliest practice of (sovereign) line-drawing that he could come up with and offer as a story.
