Production activities are composed of five elements. These are:

Objects of production: the products

Agents of production: the people in charge of making products, as well as the machines, tools, and other equipment that assist them

Methods: the means by which actions are performed

Space: where actions are performed and the locations to and from which objects are transported

Time: the timing of work or how long actions take
